Concept
What could be more beautiful than a house with an ocean view on the edge of a cliff? The coast of Spain and many other countries is rich in such opportunities, but few people dare to make such extraordinary decisions. The concept of the house is a simple and the main truth of the engineering, a minimalistic rectangular box with a traditional planning solution and an unusual architecture solution, which contains all the most interesting. Due to it's materials this object is a part and thereby further unites man with nature.

Spain famous for its rules and accuracy. But this project, something unusual is a fusion of minimalism and technical achievements, inspired by Van Duysen and Fran Silvestre. Two thin concrete slabs hanging over the abyss and an infinity pool dissolving with the ocean on the horizon and much more constantly delight the eyes of visitors. All this resulted in an unusual project with its own feature.

Interior
As mentioned earlier, the interior is a logical continuation of the exterior. Cold concrete on the outside changes to warm wood inside, when the factured textures of stone slabs emphasize the unity of the exterior with the interior. Monolithic and laconic architecture turns into an aesthetic and elegant interior exposition, complementing and emphasizing the environment.

Alternative
A similar story to the original one, but having a continuation on the 2nd floor. Something more dynamic and attracting the human eye with its remote consoles, the intersection of volumes and a huge front of glazing overlooking the ocean.
